Petropavlovsk swings to $48.9 mln IFRS net profit in Jan–Jun

MOSCOW, Sep 1 (PRIME) -- Russian gold producer Petropavlovsk Plc had a net profit of U.S. $48.9 million in January–June against a net loss of $22 million in the same period ibn 2020, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said on Wednesday.

Revenue decreased by 32.7% to $351.9 million, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) fell by 40.7% to $114.3 million.
